Teams can create inspection-specific checklists with images, geo-location and voice-to-text input. The mobile app supports data collection online and offline, syncing findings when connectivity returns. Scheduling and real-time notifications cover upcoming tasks and deadlines. Users can create corrective action plans and track required actions, workflow status and completion dates. A visualization dashboard presents inspection data, which can also be exported for reporting. Intelex describes inspection information as consolidated in a central system of record with a complete audit trail. Its REST API can connect with other systems to share data and automate processes.
