Field2Base
Field2Base digitizes field processes and sends field data to back-office and business systems. Forms Designer lets teams create digital forms with drag-and-drop fields, validation and conditional logic without developers. The platform routes submissions for review and approval, while Enterprise adds custom multi-step workflows and automatic routing from form data. Two-way integrations connect ERP, CRM and GIS systems through plugins, CSV, ODBC, XML, APIs and web services. Field2Base runs on Android, iOS, web and Windows. Essentials costs $20 a month per license, Small Business 30.00 USD and Enterprise 45.00 USD, each requiring at least five licenses. Security details include SOC 2 Type II and TX-RAMP certifications, AES-256 stored-data encryption, TLS 1.2-or-higher transmission and US-based data centers.
