In their own words
fiit
fiit is an AI-native customer-success workspace built as a Salesforce managed package. Its 360° account view places health, usage, contacts, contracts, documents, notes, and tasks together. Teams can create health scores from Salesforce fields including usage, sentiment, support tickets, and contract data, with calculations made live in their org. Using live Salesforce records, fiit surfaces at-risk accounts, summarizes account history, and drafts next steps. It includes renewal and expansion forecasting plus structured playbooks for onboarding, QBRs, adoption, and renewals. Branded customer rooms let teams share plans, updates, and documents linked to Salesforce records. fiit reads live records without copying customer data into a separate fiit database and says it inherits Salesforce profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, and field-level security. The Native Edition costs $399 a month, billed Monthly or annual, with unlimited Salesforce users, accounts, contacts, and contracts, every workspace feature, and email and chat support. Installation, field mapping, and workspace access can be completed the same day; the maker estimates about 15 and 30 minutes for installation and mapping. fiit does not currently work with HubSpot or other CRMs.
GainTrace
GainTrace is customer success software for B2B SaaS teams that turns account signals into health scores intended to surface churn risk. Scores weigh usage, adoption, engagement, sentiment, revenue, support and CSM pulse, with inputs refreshed every six hours. For each account, the product shows the signals, weights and dates behind its score; it withholds a churn percentage until data and confidence thresholds are met. Nineteen built-in workflows cover situations such as declining health, renewal timelines, champion departures, payment failures and onboarding stages. Listed connectors include Salesforce, HubSpot, Stripe, Slack, Intercom, Zendesk, Mixpanel, Segment, PostHog, Zoom, a custom webhook and the GainTrace SDK. The free plan covers 25 tracked companies, 100 contacts, 5,000 events per month, three live connectors, 100 automations per month, 12-hour sync and three months of history. The paid GainTrace plan is $82 a year, billed annually at $990, with limits varying by company band. GainTrace says data is stored at rest in AWS data centres in Ireland and EU data residency is available on every plan. It runs on web and provides an API.
