WorkflowMAX is a job profitability operating system for professional services firms. It covers quoting, job management, scheduling, time tracking, work-in-progress management, and invoicing. A job record can contain tasks, costs, time, and documents, while timesheets record time against jobs and tasks through eight entry methods. The service supports recurring invoices, online payments, and multi-currency invoicing. Integrations include Xero, QuickBooks, HubSpot, Zapier, Airwallex, and Google Calendar, with MCP connections described for Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, and Microsoft Copilot. Dedicated iOS and Android apps support job management, time entry, and task viewing; web and API access are also listed. Essentials costs $8.33 a month, billed monthly, for 3–25 users. Pro costs $15 a month from five users, and Advanced costs $25 a month from ten users. Annual rates are listed as 7.50, 13.50, and $22.50 per user per month respectively.
