In their own words
FinEase Advocate Portal
FinEase Advocate Portal helps financial counsellors and consumer advocates manage clients’ hardship cases with lenders in a shared workspace. A single dashboard displays cases across lenders, and advocates can connect with FinEase lenders and submit applications for clients. The portal tracks each case’s response deadline and alerts users as dates approach. Case files hold communications, documents, decisions, and notes in a searchable location; messages sent and received through the platform are timestamped and stored. Reporting covers outcomes, response times, and lender performance. Users must register their practice and verify their credentials as a financial counsellor or consumer advocate before full access. The service is described as Australian-hosted. The free Invited plan includes single-lender access and 1 GB of storage. Special pricing is offered to registered NFPs and community organisations, subject to contacting the vendor.
