Viato is a CRM built for mortgage professionals and loan officers, available on iOS and the web. It captures leads, creates contacts and opportunities, assigns them to teams or loan officers, and tracks lead sources and loan milestones. Automations can combine triggers, conditions, and multi-step actions to assign, text, create tasks, and nurture leads. Super Agent works across text, email, and chat to run workflows, update deals, and create tasks. Call features include voice AI, call transcription and summaries, and a power dialer that rings up to three contacts at once. A unified inbox brings email, SMS, and iMessage into threaded conversations; named communication tools include Gmail, Outlook, Twilio, and RingCentral. Arive and LendingPad are listed as live two-way loan-system integrations, while UWM is marked coming soon. Viato POS provides a guided borrower application, document portal, and lender branding.
