In their own words
Firefish
Firefish is a recruitment CRM for agencies handling permanent, contract and temporary recruitment. Search options include Boolean, postcode, skills, certifications, profiles and keywords, alongside saved searches, talent pools and AI candidate matching. AI tools can extract CV skills, build candidate profiles, generate content and draft personalized emails; automated email sequences are also available. Contract workflows cover contract generation, e-signing, contract-out management and rate and time clock configuration, while temporary recruitment includes shift scheduling. Business development tools include lead pipelines, email engagement tracking, online terms signing, terms management and lead reporting. The CRM also lists two-way SMS, WhatsApp chat logging, in-platform VOIP calling, task management and meeting scheduling. Firefish connects with tools for sourcing, candidate attraction, communications, back office and reporting. Pricing depends on agency size, workflows, modules and onboarding needs, so the company directs buyers to request a demo for an accurate quote. Add-on modules start at £150 per module. Firefish is based in Glasgow and says it was founded in 2010.
