In their own words
FIS Data Integrity Manager
FIS Data Integrity Manager is a web-based reconciliation system that centrally tracks data integrity and reconciliation processes. Its machine-learning virtual reconciler learns from manual matching patterns and carries out matching tasks for final review. An integrated workflow engine automates review, approvals, exception management, and escalation, while oversight tools track status, ownership, approvals, and progress against SLAs. Teams can reuse reconciliation models to define process elements such as matching logic and approval levels. FIS describes the product for reconciliation professionals in banking, insurance, capital markets, and other industries. Its Managed Reconciliation Service can host and maintain the solution, prepare data, and configure and run models. Access is available through a device or browser, online or from the desktop. FIS has described an Azure SaaS deployment for Commonwealth Bank of Australia, with FIS managing upgrades; that engagement was set to process over 150 million transactions daily. Settler
Settler is API-first financial reconciliation software that turns transaction flows into repeatable runs, explainable exceptions, and replayable evidence. Its rules-as-code engine applies configurable policies and field-level tolerances so the same inputs produce consistent results. Runs can generate linked-hash manifests, provenance chains, structured evidence, and audit export bundles. Exception records include deterministic context and operator decisions; AI assistance is advisory, with people retaining final authority. Listed adapters include Stripe, PayPal, Square, Shopify, QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite, SAP, Plaid, TrueLayer, and Chargebee, with 14 more stated on the page. The API supports tenant-scoped runs, evidence retrieval, replay, and health checks. Settler can be self-hosted with Docker Compose or Kubernetes, and its self-hosted mode has no telemetry by default and uses the Apache 2.0 license. Open Source is free and limited to 10,000 monthly reconciliations; Cloud API costs $99 a month and Managed Operations costs $399 a month. Settler says it is not a compliance certification.
