FitBudd
FitBudd is personal training software for independent coaches, studios, gyms, and fitness influencers. It combines a branded client app with tools for workout programming, nutrition coaching, messaging, video calls, progress tracking, and classes. Its Smart AI Assistant creates workout programs based on a client’s goal, experience, and available equipment. Coaches can publish white-labeled apps under their own names in the Apple App Store and Google Play. FitBudd runs on Android, iOS, and the web, and lists integrations including Stripe, PayPal, Mercado Pago, Vimeo, YouTube, Apple Health, Google Health Connect, Fitbit, and Google Calendar. The company says it takes no commission on payments through Stripe, PayPal, and Mercado Pago. Starter costs $15.00 per month for two clients, with each additional client at $4 per month. Pro costs $79.00 per month and Super Pro costs $149.00 per month; each includes 20 clients, with additional clients at $2 per month. Studio Elite and Creator Elite have custom pricing. A 30-day free trial requires no credit card. FitBudd states that it is not currently subject to HIPAA rules.

Wodify is an all-in-one gym management platform for fitness businesses, including gyms, studios, martial arts academies, CrossFit, and boutique fitness operators. It combines billing, scheduling, client management, digital waivers, and contracts. Members can use its app to book classes and appointments, view workouts, and track performance and attendance. Online booking, automated billing, a member mobile app, and multi-location support are listed. Essentials costs $199 a month; services are month-to-month, and a current promotion reduces the price to $99/month per location. Essentials includes unlimited clients, unlimited employees, and two automations.
