Fitnito
Fitnito provides class scheduling, member booking, passes, payments, and client management for small gyms, studios, and trainers. Businesses can create one-off or weekly classes, set capacity caps, assign coaches, and review bookings on a Monday–Sunday calendar. Each gym can have a member booking site where clients reserve or cancel classes themselves. The built-in AI assistant can help with setup and handle scheduling or member tasks through plain-English requests. Businesses can sell visit packs or unlimited memberships, connect them to passes, and track members with low balances. The free Starter Plan supports one location, one program, one pass type, up to five staff members, and two weekly recurring sessions. The Monthly Plan costs $34.95 per month and the Yearly Plan costs $349.95 per year; both list unlimited everything and include a 30-day free trial. Optional Fitnito Payments uses Stripe for recurring billing, visit packs, refunds, and payouts. Fitnito is available on Android, iOS, and web.
