Its tickets can be organized by status, problem type, customer, assigned technician, and due date. A customer web portal lets people check repair status, review invoice history, accept or decline estimates, and download invoice and ticket PDFs.

Inventory tools track stock, purchase orders, warranties, and reorder reminders, while the point of sale is linked to inventory. Marketr supports scheduled follow-ups, including 14-day and 90-day follow-ups, as well as custom campaigns.
