In their own words
Fleetsoft
Fleetsoft is a SaaS platform for managing maintenance and operating tasks across vehicles and other assets. It covers maintenance schedules, repairs, work orders, compliance, operating costs, and parts inventory. Preventive maintenance reminders can be based on odometer readings, engine hours, or dates. Work orders record repairs, labor, and parts costs, while inventory tools handle parts movement, purchase orders, physical inventory, and transfers between sites. GPS and telematics integrations can supply meter readings, fault codes, vehicle locations, and DVIR defects. Invoices can be exported to QuickBooks, and accounting data can also be exported as TXT, XML, or CSV. Administrators can configure permissions by user or group, site access, and web roles with API permissions. The software makes nightly full database backups in a user-defined location; manual backups are also available. Professional costs $5 a month per asset, billed annually, and Professional Plus costs $7 a month per asset, billed annually. Fleetsoft was founded in 2006. Its Desktop Version 12 is no longer being developed, repaired, maintained, or tested after December 31, 2024; existing installations can be used without support after December 31, 2025.
