Flexi-Grant vs Foundant Scholarship Lifecycle Manager

Flexi-Grant is cloud-based grant management software for organisations that award funding. It covers applications, eligibility, assessment, awards, monitoring and reporting, with an audit trail. Teams can configure forms, review stages, scoring and approval routes without a developer. Applicants and reviewers have separate portals, and applicants can save an application and return to it before submission. Budget tools track funds by programme, period, quarter or year and accommodate multi-year grants and milestone-based payments. The Finance API connects with systems including Sage, Oracle, Exchequer and Microsoft Dynamics 365; integrations with ORCID and single sign-on are also available. The maker lists ISO 27001 and Cyber Essentials Plus certifications, GDPR compliance, UK data hosting, encrypted storage and role-based access, and says customer data stays in the UK. A two-week trial provides full platform access without limitations. Pricing is on request, and implementation is quoted separately. Flexi-Grant serves charities and nonprofits, community funders, philanthropy organisations, research organisations and central government. Its maker says the platform follows a good-practice structure and will not reproduce every organisation’s internal process exactly.
