In their own words

Flexopus

Flexopus lets employees book desks and other workspaces for hybrid offices. Workplaces can be booked flexibly, assigned permanently, or blocked, and employees can record working from home or remotely. Administrators can create and edit interactive floor plans in the application, while user groups control booking permissions by building, floor, or workstation. Occupancy statistics can be analyzed at those same levels. Flexopus is available in a browser as a Progressive Web App and through Android and iOS apps. Listed integrations include Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Entra ID SAML2 and SCIM, Google Calendar, Webex, Personio, HR WORKS, and a REST API. Billing is per resource, such as a workplace, meeting room, or parking space, with unlimited users. Starter costs €1.99 a month per resource; Business costs €3.49 a month per resource. The 30-day Demo Plan includes Starter and Business functions without a credit card. Flexopus says it is hosted in Germany on dedicated Hetzner Online GmbH servers and is certified to ISO 27001:2022 by TÜV Rheinland.

WARP

WARP is a free, open-source, self-hosted system for managing hybrid office space. It supports assigned desks, hot desks, parking stalls, and other reservable spaces. Users can book, change, or cancel reservations and see who else will be in the office. Administrators manage floor maps, zones, groups, users, and seat assignments, with permissions controlling visibility and booking. Subscribable iCal feeds provide bookings and reminders for Google Calendar, Outlook, Apple Calendar, and other calendar apps. Reports can be exported to Excel, and automatic notifications cover upcoming bookings. WARP works on mobile and can be installed as a progressive web app; no native mobile app is specified. Authentication includes SAML 2.0, LDAP or Active Directory, Azure AD, and generic OIDC. Production deployment uses a container image with PostgreSQL and supports linux/amd64 and linux/arm64. The project uses an MIT license. Approval workflows are not planned.
