TracCloud
TracCloud manages advising, counseling, and other student-support centers at colleges and universities. It connects to a student information system for registrar contact, demographic, and enrollment data. Staff can schedule in-person, virtual, phone, or asynchronous appointments, route bookings by reason, and match students with counselors. Students see waitlist position and estimated wait time. SAGE provides customizable faculty referrals, progress monitoring, targeted alerts, and reporting for early support. Reporting includes templates, scheduled delivery, and visual analytics. Tiers integrate with Zoom, Teams, or an institution’s selected video-conferencing service, while iCal attachments can link appointments to Outlook or Gmail calendars. The hosted service is multi-tenant SaaS on AWS with tenant isolation and TLS and AES-256 encryption. Access requires a current HTML5-compatible browser.
