uAchieve Degree Audit
uAchieve Degree Audit helps higher education institutions track academic progress and identify remaining graduation requirements. It handles multiple majors, minors, and degrees, plus waivers, test scores, non-course requirements, GPA calculations, and course reuse. Students and advisors can run what-if audits to see how completed courses apply to other programs. Staff have batch audit processing and an internal report-template library for analytics and early warnings. Real-time connections are available for Ellucian Banner and Colleague through Ethos, JDBC, and RESTful web services, and for PeopleSoft through JDBC or REST/JSON services. Java-based interfaces support homegrown SIS and systems including Jenzabar, Workday, and CAMS. Transfer Articulation stores equivalencies and statewide rules and converts transfer grades and credits to institutional values. Audits and transfer equivalencies can be provided through Transferology. Deployment is web or self-hosted. Hosted service availability is stated as 99.99% uptime, and subscriptions include 40 hours of support. Pricing is by subscription on request.
