Upswing Advising & Early Alerts
Upswing Advising & Early Alerts is a web platform for colleges and universities providing online advising, mentorship, and coaching. Students can check advisor or success coach availability and schedule appointments in person or online. Automatic reminders are sent by email and text. Students, advisors, coaches, tutors, and administrators can use instant messaging inside the platform. Online classrooms support one-to-one and small-group meetings with video, screen sharing, chat, and document upload and download. Administrators can create customizable student alerts with names, descriptions, tags, priority levels, and notification preferences. Advisors and administrators can view alerts together and add shared notes. Dashboards show engagement and usage, session notes, and early alerts; advisors can see usage data for assigned students. Upswing documents SAML and LDAP single sign-on integrations for institutional partners. It says sensitive information is encrypted with SSL and that primary and backup cloud data centers are in the continental United States. Institutional pricing is available on request.
