FlowQi
FlowQi combines CRM, projects, tasks, time tracking, resource planning, and invoicing in a web platform with API access. CRM records can hold client details, custom fields, notes, projects, tasks, and follow-up reminders. Projects can connect to clients or cover internal work, and teams can share tasks. Its maker describes Hummy as an AI agent that monitors work, flags risks, and suggests actions for approval. Users can connect Claude, ChatGPT, or Cursor through MCP, with 1,000 monthly calls on Basic and 10,000 on Core. The Basic plan is free and includes unlimited users, contacts, organisations, projects, and tasks, plus 500 MB storage. Core costs €25 a month per user and includes Hummy AI, priority support, and 100 GB storage. Separate Billing and Time & Resources plans are also listed at €25 a month per user. FlowQi says deeper workflow automation is planned, and CRM email synchronization remains on its roadmap. It focuses first on digital agencies, with plans to expand to other service-led organisations.
