Truvect
Truvect is a construction project management platform for main contractors, builders, civil contractors, and developers. It combines project and portfolio dashboards, programme scheduling, contract administration, drawing revision comparisons, and commercial workflows. Teams can manage payment claims, variations, provisional sums, RFIs, contract instructions, and subcontract processes. Purchase orders, invoices, and budgets use shared cost codes, with reports for cashflow, variation position, cost-value reconciliation, period costs, and forecast final cost; exports are available in PDF, Excel, and CSV. Drawing tools compare revisions, flag sheet changes, support markups and comments, and issue transmittals. Truvect AI answers questions from role-available project records with citations and can prepare draft defects or variations for review. iOS and Android apps support site tasks and messaging. Integrations include Xero, SharePoint, and Autodesk Forma. The service is paid with pricing on request and is currently offered to New Zealand organisations through a deliberately small live-project pilot.
