It supports facilities and maintenance management, work orders, preventive maintenance, equipment and spare-parts inventory, facility scheduling, fleet management, capital planning, and IT management. Teams can track technician time and use native mobile access. A REST API is available to help keep data consistent across an organization’s software, and listed integrations include Google Admin Console, Microsoft Intune, Jamf, Okta Provisioning, Slack, Stripe, Twilio, and building automation systems. FMX supports single sign-on with SAML 2.0 identity providers, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Active Directory options. It is available on Android, iOS, and the web, and pricing is on request. The 14-day trial is configured with selected features and requires no credit card, download, or installation; a product expert is available during the trial. When it ends, access stops unless the organization buys a subscription. Standard contracts renew annually and include a one-time implementation fee.

Oracle Primavera Cloud

Oracle Primavera Cloud connects project owners and delivery teams for shared planning, scheduling, resource management, and risk management on engineering and construction work. It links contract schedules with field schedules, while field planning supports short-interval plans, task cards, progress updates, dashboards, and reports. Resource tools draw on a centralized pool of labor, equipment, and materials to plan capacity and demand across projects. Risk management includes a register, qualitative scoring, schedule and cost analysis, response plans, monitoring, and reporting. Portfolio and capital planning help owners evaluate and prioritize projects against organizational goals. The service can exchange XER files with Primavera P6 and documents imports from P6 XML or XER, Microsoft Project MSP XML, and Excel XLSX. Integrations include P6, Microsoft Project, Primavera Gateway, Oracle Integration adapters, and a REST API; some integrations can take up to 14 days to set up. It runs on Android, iOS, web, and API. Mobile apps require iOS 18 or higher or Android 14 or higher. Monthly service prices range from $12 a month for Progress to $220 a month for Portfolio and Capital Planning, each billed per Hosted Named User. Access to functionality depends on license and security privileges.
