In their own words
Folderit
Folderit is a document management system for organizing, searching, and processing business documents. OCR full-text search can find text in scans and images, while custom metadata, filters, and links between related files help organize records. Forms collect information, and visual workflows can combine approvals, reviews, acknowledgements, e-signatures, form completion, and scoring. Access controls range from preview-only or upload-only permissions to editing and custom granular settings. Built-in integrations include Microsoft 365, Outlook, and DocuSign; single sign-on is described for Microsoft Entra ID, Okta, and Google. Security measures include encrypted storage and connections, two-factor authentication, IP restrictions, audit trails, and geographically separated backups. Folderit offers standard cloud, single-tenant cloud, and on-premises deployments. There is no mobile app, though the system is mobile-responsive; Folderit Sync is a desktop app for syncing files across PCs for online and offline access. Mini costs $65 a month, billed monthly, plus VAT, for 5 users and 150 GB storage; Medium is $110 a month, billed monthly, plus VAT, for 10 users and 500 GB. Tailor costs $133 a month, billed monthly, plus VAT, with adjustable user and storage amounts. A 14-day trial is available; there is no free plan.
