In their own words
FoodStorm
FoodStorm is an order management system for grocery retailers handling perimeter departments such as deli, foodservice, seafood, bakery, floral, and catering. It brings customer ordering, order entry, and production management together for made-to-order foodservice, catering, custom cakes, bakery orders, and floral. Orders can come through branded e-commerce, Instacart Marketplace, kiosks, in-store mobile ordering, Caper Smart Carts, or associate entry. Its Kitchen Display System sorts orders by time, communicates status, integrates with docket printers, and lets staff accept or hold orders. Pickup Management supports tablets and handheld scanners, barcode or manual lookup, item checklists, and weight reconciliation. Reporting includes work orders, production logs, sales reports, and forecasting. Customer tools cover profiles, order history, abandoned-cart notifications, and feedback. FoodStorm lists Android, iOS, and web support. Pricing is provided on request. The product can be used as a standalone service without an Instacart business relationship.
