Foreceipt
Foreceipt tracks expenses for freelancers and small businesses by capturing receipts, categorizing transactions, and generating reports. Users can photograph paper receipts or forward digital receipts by email for processing, and scan invoices to record income. Expense categories include defined business categories for the U.S. and Canada, with options to customize them. Reports can be exported to Excel or PDF for an accountant or tax filing. Users can import bank transactions in bulk from PDF statements and CSV files, and set recurring instructions to generate expense or income records when due. The mobile app syncs with the web portal. Foreceipt is available on Android, iOS, and web. Its free plan includes up to 100 receipts kept for up to 12 months, two team members, up to two PDF bank statements, and up to 10 PDF/Excel reports. The Individual plan costs $5 a month and includes 200 receipts per month, retention for up to seven years, and unlimited PDF/Excel reports. The Business plan costs $12 a month and adds QuickBooks Online integration, unlimited monthly receipts, and email and phone support.
