ForeverAfter vs PerfectTablePlan

ForeverAfter is a wedding planning app for couples organizing plans, budgets, and guests in one place. It includes expense tracking by category, savings goals, a checklist, and a day-of schedule, alongside guest lists, RSVPs, seating, and a wedding website. Guests can reply to invitations on a phone without installing the app or creating an account, and responses can include meal choices. Couples can also collect guest photos and use a voice guest book. The free Starter plan supports unlimited guests and includes one contributor, five AI planner messages, and the ability to hear one guest book message. Premium costs 19.99 GBP as a one-time purchase for one wedding; it adds unlimited contributors, an AI wedding assistant, guest photo and video sharing, and access to every voice guest book message. ForeverAfter says it does not sell personal data or use wedding data for advertising. Guest photos and videos are deleted three months after the wedding, while account and wedding data remain until the account is deleted. Support is available by email or in-app, and the team aims to reply within 1–2 business days.
