FormaPortal gives an organization a branded web portal where its contacts can sign in, find information, and submit it. Configuration happens in a dashboard, with nothing to install or host. Organizations can use their own domain, colours, typeface, logo, and browser icon. Registration may be open or subject to application review, and tier-based permissions control access to pages, documents, events, and announcements. Users can sign in with a password, a six-digit email code, or a magic link. Forms retain the questions and answers as submitted, while an activity log records meaningful actions. The portal supports subscription and dues billing, event ticket payments, and a store for digital and physical goods. Listed integrations include Zapier, Xero, QuickBooks, MCP, and Google Tag Manager. FormaPortal says customers can export all portal data in full at any time. Starter costs £49 a month, excluding VAT, and includes 200 contacts, 10 organisation accounts, 3 team seats, 75 GB storage, 1 custom domain, and a 6-month activity log. Platforms listed are web only.
