Its drag-and-drop builder has over 100 customizable templates and 40 question types. Forms can span multiple pages and use logic and calculations based on form fields. Users can share forms through secure links or embed them in websites; forms are responsive on desktops, tablets, and phones. Formsite supports file uploads and payment collection through PayPal, Braintree, Authorize.net, and Stripe.
