formsflow.ai vs Jotform

formsflow.ai brings form creation, submissions, review, approvals and automated workflows into one platform. Its drag-and-drop designer supports validation, conditional fields, file uploads and signatures. The Flow-E chatbot can draft a form from a detailed brief, which users can then customize. Workflow and decision logic use BPMN 2.0 and DMN compliant engines. Customizable dashboards track submissions, while text analytics provide sentiment analysis and natural language recognition. Integrations include REST APIs, webhooks, node-wire connectors and Zapier, with options to bring an iPaaS or MCP. Identity management supports Keycloak, OpenID Connect, SAML, OAuth2 and single sign-on. Deployment options include managed public cloud, private cloud and self-hosting. Public cloud Go is free forever and allows up to 250 submissions per month; Professional is $9,979 a month for up to 2,500. Enterprise pricing is by quote and permits unlimited submissions. The maker presents it for programmers, citizen developers and IT teams building forms and workflows for stakeholders.

Jotform is a web and mobile form and workflow platform with products including Form Builder, Jotform Apps, Tables, Inbox, Mobile App, Sign, Workflows, and AI Agents. Starter forms and signed documents carry Jotform branding, and raising the plan limits requires an upgrade. Bronze costs $39 a month; subscriptions are available monthly or yearly and renew automatically unless canceled. Jotform says it uses Google Cloud and AWS and complies with GDPR and CCPA. HIPAA features are available on Gold and Enterprise, while Enterprise is the only multiuser plan and includes enhanced security, custom domains, and SSO.
