Formsite is an online form builder for creating forms, surveys, questionnaires, polls, ecommerce pages, and secure data-collection sites. Its drag-and-drop builder has over 100 customizable templates and 40 question types. Forms can span multiple pages and use logic and calculations based on form fields. Users can share forms through secure links or embed them in websites; forms are responsive on desktops, tablets, and phones. Formsite supports file uploads and payment collection through PayPal, Braintree, Authorize.net, and Stripe. Listed integrations include Salesforce, Google Drive and Sheets, Dropbox, Mailchimp, Slack, Box, OneDrive, Zapier, Amazon S3, DocuSign, and Google Calendar. API access supports interaction with forms and results, and API or Server Post integration can send data to another server. Formsite says stored account data is encrypted at rest using AES-256 and secure connections use SHA-256 RSA over TLS. It states PCI 4.0 compliance and routine PCI scans, and says its servers are hosted in the United States on Amazon Web Services. The free plan has 5 forms, 10 results per form, and 50MB of file space; a 14-day trial is also listed.

Paperform is an online platform for creating customizable forms and product pages without code. It combines forms with e-signatures, workflow automation, conditional logic, calculations, quizzes, file uploads, and payment collection. AI tools can create a styled form from a prompt, convert an uploaded PDF or image into a form, generate formulas, and analyze submission data. Forms can be published as standalone pages, embedded, or used with WordPress; respondents can view and submit them on mobile. Form creation and editing require a desktop or laptop, and Paperform has no app in the Google Play or Apple App Store. It connects with over 2,000 apps through direct integrations, Zapier, and Make. The Free plan includes 30 submissions per month, three signed documents per month, 5,000 automation credits per month, and 100 MB of storage; its branding cannot be removed.
