In their own words
Formspace
Formspace is a web app for teams that create forms, gather responses, and run recurring information workflows. Its AI Assistant can draft or revise forms from plain-language briefs, with changes reviewed before publication. Forms support conditional questions, file uploads, signatures, and translations. After submission, workflows can route approvals, send email, start Power Automate flows, or call external webhooks. Teams can search and filter responses, save table views, and export records as Excel, CSV, TSV, or PDF. Published forms can be embedded inline, as popups, sliders, or floating widgets, or shared through responsive links. Formspace also works as a Microsoft Teams app and supports Google and Microsoft identity options for respondents. Access can be public, email-verified, organization-restricted, or invite-only; team roles are Owner, Admin, and Member. Product data is encrypted in transit and at rest. The Free plan is available; paid plans start at $20 a month. When AI features are used, prompts and relevant context may be sent through OpenRouter to a selected model provider.
