Formspace is a web app for teams that create forms, gather responses, and run recurring information workflows. Its AI Assistant can draft or revise forms from plain-language briefs, with changes reviewed before publication. Forms support conditional questions, file uploads, signatures, and translations. After submission, workflows can route approvals, send email, start Power Automate flows, or call external webhooks. Teams can search and filter responses, save table views, and export records as Excel, CSV, TSV, or PDF.
