Users can create interactive charts and dashboards, schedule dashboard data refreshes, and inspect and export the code generated for a request.

Uploads include Excel, CSV, Google Sheets, PDF, DOCX, PPTX, TXT, MP3, WAV, MP4, MOV, and WebM. Listed connectors include Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Tableau, Power BI, Airtable, Google Sheets and Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive, SharePoint, BigQuery, Snowflake, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Supabase, and Microsoft SQL Server. The maker says data is encrypted in transit and at rest and is not used to train AI models. On Free, chats and uploaded files are permanently deleted after 60 days of inactivity; paid-plan chats and files are retained indefinitely.

SheetAI is a Google Sheets add-on that runs AI formulas and media generation inside spreadsheets. It supports formula generation, table transformation, spreadsheet analysis, workflow automation, custom functions, and API access. Keys can connect OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Grok, or Replicate; Replicate enables bulk image, video, and music generation. Filling a formula down a column can turn one prompt into hundreds of output rows. Installation comes through Google Workspace Marketplace and opens inside an existing Sheet. The free BYOK tier uses your own provider key, gives unlimited SHEETAI calls and formula generation, and sends provider charges directly to you. Starter costs $12 a month and includes approximately 500 AI runs monthly. Pro costs $29 a month, while Pro Yearly costs $290 a year; both describe higher, soft-unlimited usage. Credit packs range from $29 a month to $299, paid once. Licenses follow a Google Account email. The company says it does not view or share customer data and saves only essential information.
