In their own words
ForVue
ForVue is a predictive-maintenance platform for property operators, combining appliance diagnostics, maintenance workflows, vendor tools, and owner-side reporting. Diagnostics can start from a reported symptom, a manufacturer error code, a photo, or a sound description; the listed coverage is 135 symptoms across 30 appliance types and 235 error codes across 57 brands. Technicians can use Field Mode on mobile to capture photos and select symptoms at a unit. ForVue also offers approved vendor routing, OEM part lookup by brand and model, parts inventory, repair videos, and warranty checks. Tenants can report an issue and send a photo through a share link, then receive a diagnostic and a work-order-ready PDF. Reports cover portfolio risk, projected failures, ROI, proactive-versus-reactive savings, cost segregation estimates, and deal analysis. Live integrations are Rent Manager, Hospitable, and TapMetrIQ; CSV import works with any platform. The documented REST API supports risk scores, PDF reports, webhooks, and bulk ingestion. Plans start at $2.50 per unit per month, with a 7-day trial; there is no free plan.
SiteOps
SiteOps is browser-based maintenance request software for property managers. Tenants submit issues through property-specific forms, while managers track the work on a dashboard and Kanban board. Forms can collect a request category, unit or room number, description, name, email, and optional photo. Managers can move requests through new, in progress, and done statuses. Requesters can look up progress with a confirmation code and unit number. When an email recipient is set in the app, new requests and status changes can trigger emails to the owner and requester. SiteOps offers a free plan covering one property and three requests per month. Paid plans are listed at $29.00 per month for Starter, $79.00 per month for Growth, and $199.00 per month for Pro; published limits differ by tier for team access, categories, properties, requests, and branding. The product runs in a browser without specialized local software and provides mobile access. Paid-plan checkout includes a 30-day trial only for users who have not already used one. Support is listed at [email protected].
