Vuuv combines bookkeeping, tax reports, invoicing, payments, mileage tracking, CRM, and project accounting for contractors. Its project tools cover job costing, change orders, retainage, cost codes, and project-level profit and loss. Projects support fixed-price, time-and-materials, cost-plus, and unit-price contracts; Pro and Elite also include AIA-style payment applications and certificates with a continuation sheet and project Schedule of Values. Field features can use location to suggest a job for receipts, attribute mileage, and link GPS-stamped progress photos to a project. Vuuv AI answers natural-language questions about project books and extracts details from receipt images for user review. The app runs on Android, iOS, and web. Plus is free; Drive costs $6 a month. Pro costs $12 a month after an introductory period of $0 for 30 days and $1 a month for three months. Elite costs $18 a month. Pro has one team member and 10 monthly e-signatures; Elite has 10 team members and 25 monthly e-signatures.
