In their own words
FranchiseKit
FranchiseKit is a web platform for bringing franchise locations from applicant onboarding through training, compliance, and daily operations. It is positioned for restaurant and QSR brands, especially mid-market franchises. Applicant workflows include conditional steps, custom forms, e-signatures, email notifications, and conversion from application to member. Its learning system supports courses, quizzes, role-based assignments, progress tracking, certifications, and learner portals. Headquarters can target announcements by location, collect read receipts, manage helpdesk tickets, and gather feedback through widgets and QR codes. Operational tools include location blueprints, readiness checks, issue playbooks, integration health scores, compliance audits, checklists, maps, and territory management. Royalty and supply tools handle calculations, invoice generation, catalogs, orders, payment tracking, and vendor fulfillment. Portals can use theme presets, logos or website-generated themes, licensed fonts, and contrast guardrails. API access and priority support are included. Billing is based on active locations; prospects and applications in progress do not count. The listed starting price is $53/mo (annual), with a 30-day trial. Listed monthly plans include All-in-One at $79 a month.
