In their own words
FranchiseMS
FranchiseMS brings franchisor head-office and franchisee-unit operations into one system. Its core platform includes an operations manual, royalty management, communications, support, analytics and benchmarking, and legal and agreement management. Royalty calculations use recorded activity such as jobs, sales, takings, and card payments. Statements show how royalties were calculated; when a unit has multiple recorded views of the same revenue, the calculation uses the highest. Franchisees can connect Stripe for card payments and accounting software such as Xero to feed revenue into calculations. Stripe payments go directly to the franchisee's bank account, with a 0.29% platform fee deducted at payment. Optional modules cover development CRM, onboarding, audits, training, local marketing, AI services, territories, field operations, customer messaging, and certificates and equipment. Field operations supports scheduling, dispatch, GPS, photo and signature proof, offline capture, and a calendar feed. The core platform is £15 per location per month, plus a £25 monthly head-office fee; the example estimate includes one-time onboarding of £500. VAT is excluded, add-on modules cost extra, and more than 100 locations requires a tailored quote.
OpsAnalitica
OpsAnalitica provides operations execution and SOP management software for organizations with multiple locations. It turns procedures into workflows that can adapt to location, site layout, equipment, shifts and roles. OpsPhotoAnalyzer compares submitted field photos with custom operational standards, flags non-compliant submissions in real time, and can identify duplicate images or check geofenced metadata, framing and item visibility. Automated scorecards, compliance reporting and real-time dashboards track performance and exceptions across locations. The platform connects with existing systems through APIs, with integration guidance available from the company. OpsAnalitica describes security measures including encryption protocols, role-based access controls, regular audits, and measures addressing GDPR and CCPA. It is cloud-based and cannot run on a customer's own servers. The web app is accessible on devices; Android users can use it through Chrome, and an iOS app is linked. The intended customers include multi-unit operators in restaurant and hospitality, retail, healthcare, fitness and field operations. A free trial with access to all software features is available by contacting sales. Pricing is on request and varies by business size, features and contract terms.
