In their own words
Franexis
Franexis is a franchise operations platform for field-service systems, covering CRM, quoting, dispatch, inventory, royalties, and compliance. Its modules include guided lead intake, work orders, drying logs, equipment custody, royalty automation, and compliance workflows, with particular depth for property restoration and support for home services and cleaning franchises. A technician app for iOS and Android shows assigned jobs and supports status updates, labor timers, timestamped photos, and notes. Job details remain readable from a last-known cache when offline, but full offline writing is listed as a roadmap item. Franexis integrates with QuickBooks Online and supports client email and SMS automation, a documented REST API, signed webhooks, and data exports. PSA by Canam Systems onboarding imports are supported, though PSA product data must be brought in by CSV. Plans are billed monthly per active location and include unlimited users; the franchisor platform fee begins at five locations. Launch is $199 a month per active location for 1–4 locations. Growth is $169 a month per active location for 5–24 locations, plus a $1,499/mo franchisor platform fee. Enterprise is listed at $119 a month, with billing described as $119–139 per location per month plus a platform fee.
Riivet
Riivet is a CRM and operating system for insurance restoration contractors, covering jobs from first notice of loss through final payment. Its workflows include estimating, scheduling, field documentation, contents handling, photo capture, and Xactimate-compatible exports. AI tools cover estimates, carrier negotiation drafts, marketing, analytics, training, contents photo tagging, and a 24/7 receptionist. LiDAR scanning is supported on iPhone or iPad Pro; direct Verisk integration remains in development. Listed integrations include accounting, payments, communications, storage, calendars, claims systems, automation tools, webhooks, and an API. Guided onboarding can migrate data from named CRM products, and the pricing FAQ says migration is possible from most CRMs that can export. Riivet describes its current offering as an early paid public beta and warns of occasional bugs and rough screens. Pricing starts at $99 per user per month; the early beta full-platform plan has a five-seat minimum and a $2,500.00 USD one-time onboarding fee. A 24-hour full-access test run is available without a card or commitment.
