In their own words

FreeBusy

FreeBusy automates meeting scheduling by sharing availability and helping participants find meeting times. It can combine availability from work, personal, and school calendars while keeping calendar data separate. Users can set preferences to avoid back-to-back meetings and meetings that are too soon or too far in the future. Teams can share pooled availability, find available teammates, assign delegates, and add co-organizers. Calendar connections include Google Calendar, Office 365 and Outlook, Exchange, iCloud, Salesforce Calendar, Yahoo, Zimbra, Zoho, and Amazon WorkMail. It also connects with conferencing services including Zoom, Microsoft Teams, RingCentral, Webex, and Google Meet. For websites, FreeBusy offers embeddable scheduling widgets, a Pick-a-Time button, and webhooks for scheduling changes. The company says it does not store calendar data, while noting that it stores credentials for some password-based calendar connections. It describes encryption for calendar credentials and data, and states that it is GDPR compliant. Personal is free; Professional is listed at $5/mo (annual), and a 14-day trial is available.

Xoyondo

Xoyondo helps groups arrange meetings and events through polls where participants mark their availability. It also offers opinion polls, anonymous polls, and Sign Up sheets. People can create or participate in polls and Sign Up sheets without an account, and participation does not require personal information. Polls are private by default and accessible to people with the direct link; the FAQ says there is currently no practical limit on participants. Sign Up sheets come in four types, including single-date RSVP, and creators can limit participants per slot or slots per participant. Results can be exported to Excel or CSV. Creators may import Google or Yahoo address books to invite participants; Xoyondo says it neither accesses those account passwords nor stores the address books on its servers. Polls and message boards are deleted after two years without a vote, comment, or other modification. The service uses Mailgun for notifications, which temporarily retains transmitted email addresses for up to 30 days for delivery. The Standard plan lists unlimited polls and participants; Premium and Business add further scheduling and administration options.
