In their own words

FreightCake Tracking

FreightCake Tracking is part of a freight-shipping platform for quoting, booking, and tracking parcel and LTL shipments across major US carriers through a web app or API. Shipment timelines display milestones such as pickup, transit, and delivery with timestamps, locations, and carrier data. Alerts can flag late milestones, off-route movement, or shipments stalled at a terminal, while a shared map view covers LTL, parcel, and truckload shipments across carriers. Teams can share public tracking URLs or host branded tracking pages on a custom domain with their logo and colors. Milestones can be sent to an OMS, CRM, Slack, or another HTTP webhook destination. FreightCake says its AI agent can answer routine tracking enquiries by email or chat using live shipment data. Live carrier integrations include USPS, UPS, FedEx Parcel, FedEx Freight, R+L Carriers, TForce Freight, and Oak Harbor Freight. The REST API covers quote, booking, labels, tracking, and invoices. FreightCake Rates has no monthly platform fee and is currently free during beta usage while metered billing is developed; the first 25 shipments are included. Storefront integrations are listed as coming soon.
