In their own words
Wakeline
Wakeline lets teams create product tours, checklists, tooltips, banners, and surveys on a live app without coding, then measure activation. Its point-and-click builder places guide steps on real pages, including signed-in pages through a browser extension. The feature list includes 45+ templates and AI drafting that turns an onboarding goal into draft steps. Guides can be targeted by visitor status, user traits, saved segments, page or event triggers, and frequency caps. Per-step translations support automatic language detection and fallback.
Analytics include guide starts, completions, drop-offs, clicks, survey responses, and trends; session replay and A/B testing are also listed. Wakeline says its browser-based approach works with React, Vue, Angular, Svelte, Rails, Django, WordPress, and plain HTML. Its SDK is described as about 24 KB, asynchronous, and installable with one script. Sensitive inputs including passwords, emails, and phone numbers are masked by default before replay data leaves the browser. The free plan provides 3 flows, 1,000 monthly active users, and 1 teammate. Pro is $41 a month, billed annually.
