Ideas boards let customers submit, vote, and comment; teams can classify ideas by topic or status, merge duplicates, and track feedback. Public Roadmaps show planned work and progress, while Announcements provide changelog-style updates with reactions and comments. Surveys include NPS, CSAT, Idea Polls, Quick Polls, and Open Feedback, embedded in a product and targeted by segment. An embeddable widget combines Ideas, Roadmap, and Announcements in popover, modal, sidebar, or inline styles. A Chrome extension uses AI to turn highlighted text into a titled idea.
