Frontline Employee Evaluation Management vs Online Teacher Development Platform (OTDP)

Frontline Employee Evaluation Management is part of Frontline Professional Growth, giving school districts a web-based system for growth-focused employee evaluations. It covers teachers, counselors, administrators, office staff, and other district employees. A central homepage brings evaluation data and action items together. Districts can configure forms and stages for self-reflection, goal-setting, classroom observations, student learning objectives, and growth data. Collaborative observations, actionable feedback, and custom feedback workflows are supported. Evaluation may use scoring forms, a holistic method, or a hybrid, with conversion charts available. Employees can view transcripts and evaluation data, complete forms, and upload evidence to an electronic portfolio. The system can manage one or multiple student learning objectives per person. Custom rubrics, professional-growth plans, evidence attachments, and customizable dashboards and reports are available; detailed rubric-aligned reports depend on licensing. It runs in a browser on Android, iOS, and the web, requires internet access, and needs no installation. Pricing is on request.
