HOA-I

HOA-I brings resident questions, board records, requests and follow-up into one platform for self-managed HOA and condo boards. Its assistant searches governing documents and answers questions with cited sections. Boards can manage violation cases through evidence, notices, hearings, fines and case history, while residents submit architectural photos and plans for committee review, voting and owner notification. Community operations include dues, owner balances, online payments, statements, a shared mailbox, announcements, email and SMS. Meeting tools cover packets, attendance, AI-assisted minutes, digital voting, proxy authorization, quorum tracking and audit trails. The platform also describes e-signatures and compliance tools for fine limits, notice delivery confirmation and records-request deadlines across all 50 states. Property managers can manage rental listings, leads, leases, tenants, workers and work orders; tenants can apply, sign leases, request repairs and pay rent online. HOA-I is available on web, iOS and Android, with push notifications and feature parity across devices. Plans include Small HOA at $110 a month, Medium HOA at $150 a month and a 75-unit community plan at $150 a month. A 30-day trial requires no credit card.
