Futurestay
Futurestay is a paid reservation and direct-booking platform from Futurestay, founded in 2012, for owners and managers of whole-home short-term rentals in the United States. Hosts can create a direct booking website, display properties and accept commission-free reservations. Airbnb integration synchronizes rates, calendars and other property settings, while iCal connects availability with channels such as VRBO and Booking.com. Smart Rates, powered by AirDNA, can apply automatically to direct websites and Airbnb listings when enabled. Amplify subscriptions can list properties on Google Vacation Rentals; instant booking is required for Google “Book” buttons. Stripe processes payments in USD, CAD or MXN and handles PCI compliance, fraud detection and 3D Secure. Flex costs $30 a year billed per year ($365 total per year); Amplify costs $20 a year billed per year ($239 total per year). A 14-day trial is available, but there is no free plan.
