In their own words
Fyxer
Fyxer is an AI assistant for email and meetings that organizes inboxes, highlights priorities, and helps manage follow-ups. It labels messages by priority and brings emails needing a reply forward. It can draft replies in the user’s voice, but the user reviews and sends them; Fyxer says it never sends email on the user’s behalf. Its meeting notetaker captures meetings, summarizes action points, and drafts follow-up emails. Calendar tools suggest meeting times and support scheduling links and invitations. Fyxer Chat searches email threads and meeting notes, answers questions, and drafts emails in the user’s voice. Listed integrations include Gmail, Outlook, Google Calendar, Outlook Calendar, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and Slack. Fyxer says it is SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 certified, GDPR and HIPAA compliant, and does not use user data to train third-party AI models. It says participants are notified before it joins a call and meeting materials are private by default. Listed platforms are API, iOS, and web. The service requires cloud-hosted Microsoft accounts and does not support on-premise Exchange, POP3/IMAP inboxes, or Apple Mail. The maker focuses on external-facing roles with heavy inbox workloads.
Superhuman Go
Superhuman Go is an AI assistant and agent platform that offers help across apps and websites. It can place writing suggestions, edits, context, and next steps inline, and interpret what is on screen so users need not copy or describe it. The Free plan includes basic inline suggestions, chat with tabs and apps, editable and shareable documents, and synced conversations. Pro adds custom inline suggestions, cursor chat, an Email Assistant, personal connectors, and custom agents; it costs $12 per member per month billed annually, or $15 billed monthly. Business costs $33 per member per month billed annually, or $40 monthly, and adds more connectors and custom agents. Pro, Business, and Enterprise users can build agents without code and schedule them or trigger them from email or Slack activity. Listed connectors vary by plan, from Gmail, Calendar, Outlook, and Slack to tools such as Jira, Asana, and Zendesk. Users choose whether their content is used to train Go’s AI models; Enterprise training is off by default.
