Data can flow into Gainsight CS, where customer success managers access user and activity details such as certification status and product usage. Listed integrations include Salesforce, Customer.io, Gainsight PX, Google Analytics, HubSpot, Iterable, Mailchimp, Zapier, Zendesk, and Zoom. Commerce supports educational products and bundles, payment gateways, coupons, promo codes, and order tracking.
