Gainsight PX
Gainsight PX combines product analytics with tools for guiding users and gathering feedback. Analytics include usage visualizations, activation tracking, path and funnel analysis, feature instrumentation, and segmentation to help teams examine adoption risks and friction. Teams can create personalized in-app guides and engagements, email engagements, and an In-App Hub knowledge center bot. In-app surveys include NPS, CSAT, and CES, with targeting and feedback analysis. Gainsight says PX supports web, mobile, and desktop products, including native iOS and Android, React Native, and Windows desktop; C# and Java SDKs are available for custom desktop apps. Listed integrations include AWS S3, Google Cloud Storage, Segment, Crowdin, Electron, FullStory, Slack, Zendesk, Salesforce, and Gainsight CS. The REST API can access users, accounts, and events, create custom events, and retrieve historical data up to 190 days per call. Essentials and Enterprise plans are listed, but pricing is on request and there is no free plan. A free trial is available. Web setup requires developer help to install the PX tag and code the identify call; analytics and engagements do not work without them.
