In their own words
GainTrace
GainTrace is customer success software for B2B SaaS teams that turns account signals into health scores intended to surface churn risk. Scores weigh usage, adoption, engagement, sentiment, revenue, support and CSM pulse, with inputs refreshed every six hours. For each account, the product shows the signals, weights and dates behind its score; it withholds a churn percentage until data and confidence thresholds are met. Nineteen built-in workflows cover situations such as declining health, renewal timelines, champion departures, payment failures and onboarding stages. Listed connectors include Salesforce, HubSpot, Stripe, Slack, Intercom, Zendesk, Mixpanel, Segment, PostHog, Zoom, a custom webhook and the GainTrace SDK. The free plan covers 25 tracked companies, 100 contacts, 5,000 events per month, three live connectors, 100 automations per month, 12-hour sync and three months of history. The paid GainTrace plan is $82 a year, billed annually at $990, with limits varying by company band. GainTrace says data is stored at rest in AWS data centres in Ireland and EU data residency is available on every plan. It runs on web and provides an API.
SaaSy
SaaSy is a business back office combining CRM, projects, invoicing, customer health, finance, compliance, payroll, hiring, and document tools. Its homepage describes the product as being in open beta and built for contractors, unions, and agencies. Customer-health scores range from 0 to 100, using signals such as product usage, support, payment behavior, and expansion patterns. Users can ask plain-English questions, with responses citing customer records. A closed-won deal can create a prefilled delivery project; a deal or project can also become an invoice with a Stripe payment link. Listed integrations include Stripe, Slack, Gmail, Microsoft 365, calendar sync with Google and Outlook, Twilio, ADP, Gusto, BambooHR, Rippling, Plaid, webhooks, and an API. The desktop app syncs a computer folder and supports offline changes, and the site can be installed as a phone web app on iPhone, iPad, and Android. Starter costs $49 a month; annual billing is offered and saves 20%.
