In their own words

Genuity Helpdesk

Genuity Helpdesk is a cloud-based SaaS helpdesk for identifying problems, prioritizing resolutions, and finding trends that could contribute to outages. It includes ticket management, workflow automation, collaboration, self-service, metrics and reports, SLAs, asset management, and mobile access. Tickets can enter through an internal form, an open portal, or email. Automated tasks can assign, email, or close tickets based on triggers. Separate workspaces let departments such as HR, Facilities, and Legal use distinct helpdesk areas, while Microsoft Teams and Slack integrations provide notifications and ticket actions. APIs can retrieve workspace, custom form, and ticket data, or create tickets from external applications. Access is available on web, Android, and iOS; permissions can be set as read or read/write for groups or individual staff. Genuity says stored data is encrypted with AES-256 and network communication uses TLS 1.2 or higher. It offers in-platform real-time chat support and free onboarding assistance. A free Community Plan is available with Genuity Solution and requires $12,000 annual gross sales. Paid plans are listed from $39.99 per month, and a 30-day trial is listed.
