GivenHansco
GivenHansco provides software for concrete, aggregate, and asphalt producers through its Keystone suite. The suite combines batch controls, dispatch, GPS vehicle tracking, and accounting, with modules that can be added as a company grows. Keystone Batch supports dry or wet plant operation, remote access and batching, inventory tracking, mix modifier integration, and dual plant operation. Keystone Dispatch schedules and edits orders, tracks trucks, displays a predictive truck-demand graph, and integrates with batch and accounting systems. Keystone Accounting is a financial accounting suite designed for these producers. Keystone Online gives online, tablet, or mobile-device access to ready-mix logistics information. Its Payments product supports invoice links and QR codes, with payment processing by Xplor Pay and encryption protecting transactions. The product range also includes Keystone Material Handling, a PLC-driven automated filling solution that can be installed as a stand-alone product at a concrete plant. GivenHansco says the software is designed for one user to more than 500 users. Pricing is available on request. A stand-alone workstation requires Windows 11 or higher, at least 8 GB RAM, and 10 GB free disk space.
Planning Ops
Planning Ops is an operations app for concrete subcontractors, combining pour scheduling, crew planning, project schedules, and daily reports. Place & Finish provides a drag-and-drop pour board with live project weather, conflict alerts, automatic quantity totals, and one-click notifications. Manpower includes a 52-week crew board, timeline and job views, roster and PTO tracking, projections, time and certification tracking, and payroll export presets for ADP, Paychex, QuickBooks, Gusto, Paylocity, Sage, Vista, and Foundation, plus Excel and Universal CSV. Daily Reports creates signed, numbered field reports with safety details, delays, and photos; submitted hours go to time tracking. Users can confirm, reschedule, or cancel pours and notify project, crew, ready-mix, pump, and subcontractor contacts. The platform costs $149 a month, billed monthly or annually, with three working seats included and extra seats at $20/mo. It has an iPhone and iPad app requiring iOS 15.0 or later. There is no Android app, though the workspace can be accessed in a browser on Android and desktop. Customer data is isolated using Postgres row-level security.
