In their own words

Global Relay Event Archiving API

Global Relay Event Archiving API sends social media, collaboration, and customer experience events into Global Relay Archive. It supports more than 40 event types, including posts, replies, profile updates, and other user activity. Global Relay authenticates, validates, transforms, and stores submitted data so archive users can discover and analyze it. Applications must be registered and declare the data types they will archive. Authentication uses OAuth 2.0 Client Credentials; endpoints require HTTPS and follow HTTP/1.1, and any language with an HTTP library can call them. Each source platform needs its own credential set, while attachments must first be uploaded to the files endpoint. Listed connectors include Jira Cloud, LinkedIn, Microsoft Teams, Slack, Salesforce Chatter, WhatsApp Business, Zoom, and Webex. Archived content is stored in a WORM-compliant, tamper-proof format with integrity checks and chain-of-custody tracking. Retention is configurable, with legal hold, advanced search, and exports to PST, EML, FTP, DVD, or hard drive. Pricing is on request.

Social Archiver

Social Archiver saves public posts, your own posts and other content you have permission to keep in a searchable archive. It offers web, mobile, Chrome extension and Obsidian clients, including standalone iOS and Android apps. Archives can include rich metadata, images or videos where supported, and Markdown output in Obsidian. Organization tools include profile crawling, scheduled subscriptions, a searchable timeline, tags, places and collections. Its guide covers 21 platforms and sources, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Reddit, YouTube, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, Threads, podcasts, Substack and RSS blogs; available functions differ by source. Saved posts, notes and media are primarily stored on-device. Enabling sync or web sharing can send related content and metadata to Social Archiver's servers. AI comments can use desktop CLI tools, Apple's on-device model or Cloud AI. Cloud AI can summarize, translate, create glossaries and suggest tags, but long archives may exceed its length limit. The free plan allows ten successful archives per month; Premium Monthly costs $3.99 a month, while Premium Annual costs $39.99 a year.
